Her father's name was Mariano Nicolo, and he was formerly employed by the Utah Copper Company. Miss Nicolo returned to Italy some time ago, and is now trying to reenter the United States. However, she is not able to, unless she can produce a birth certificate or suitable proof from someone who knew her. The state of Montana docs not have any record of her birth, and inasmuch as the Nicolo family resided in this area, immigration authorities think that perhaps some of the older residents might have known them.
