In said resolution, it is determined that a hearing be called for the 8th day of December, 1952, at the hour of 10:30 a. m., in the County Commission Chambers, in the City and County Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, Room 206. All persons concerned in this matter shall at that time have a right to appear and contend for or protest against the ordering of said bond election and election of trustees for said improvement district. At the hearing aforesaid, the Board of County Commissioners of Salt Lake County will consider the following matters: 1. Whether or not the 56 signers of the said petition are residents and property owners of said as is required by law and whether in other particulars the petition filed with the County Commission meets the requirements of law provided for the .'iiing of salJ pe.iliun. 2. Whether or nut the bond election requested in said petition should be called fur the following purposes: For the purpose of raising (260,000.00 to be used for the purpose of acquiring, through purchase or construction, or both, a water distribution system for the district, including all necessary and desirable pipe lines, valves, fire hydrants and other appurtenances, and including necessary rights of way, and to pay all proper expenses incident to the acquisition of the system and the issuance of the bonds, including interest to accrue on the revenue bonds during the period of construction. 3. For her wedding and the reception that followed, the new Mrs. Grant was lovely in a ballerina length gown of Chantilly lace over satin with tapering insets of tulle marking the full skirt. Her waist-lengt- h veil of tulle fell from an d cap of lace over satin and she carried a cascading bouquet of baby orchids encircling a large orchid. Miss Elaine Moesser, maid of honor, wore a gown of mint green while Miss Joan Grant and Miss Marlene Foster, bridesmaids, had frocks of pale orchid. Attendants gowns were fashioned similarly in ballerina length with strapless bodices, net skirts and petite satin jackets. They carried complementary nosegays of French carnations. Wore Copper Color Mrs. Rees donned a copper-colore- d changeable silk taffeta gown while the benedict's mother selected a black dress. They wore corsages of gardenias and roses.
