This should be understood by every woman. In this lies the mysterious charm of women who, though not beautiful, sometimes no longer young, attract every man." Boris Sokloff It cannot be too often repeated that hell, hath no fury like the taxpayer snapping out of a long trance. That's how this republic got started. Happy to Si We were very happy to greet Dr. V. Newman, wife and small son Monday. They recently re- turned from s southern state where Dr. Newman completed advanced medical schooling. Friends of Dr. and Mrs. Newman will recall they formerly lived in Garfield, and now plan to establish a residence in Magna where Dr. Newman will practice. Speaking of doctors, I was most interested in reading the other evening on the importance of water to the human body. It stated that life can go on for weeks without food, but at the most only a few days without water. When a person fasts, 100 percent of body fat is lost and approximately one-ha-lf of the protein before death occurs, but loss of only 10 percent of the bodys water results in serious physiological damage. Twenty percent loss results in death. Gosh, I will have to watch my water intake as well as take salt tablets in this hot weather.
