Show Area Obituaries Robert Q. Bradley TROPIC Funeral services for Robert Q. Bradley, 80, formerly for-merly of Tropic, were held Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2003 in the Tropic LDS Ward Chapel. Bradley passed away Feb. 7 in Las Vegas, Nev. Tropic LDS Ward Bishop Fred Syrett officiated at the service with FerrelJ Brinkerhoff offering the family prayer. Prelude and postlude music was provided by Cheri Feltner. Brad Bradley gave the invocation, followed by a musical selection, selec-tion, "Nearer My God To Thee," sung by the Tropic Ward Choir under the direction of Carol Pollock. Tributes were offered by var- ious family and friends, followed fol-lowed by remarks from Jean Seiler and Bishop Fred Syrett. A musical selection, "The Lord Is My Sheperd" was sung by the choir. Wes Clarke offered the benediction. Pallbearers were family and friends with interment in the Tropic Cemetery with military rites by Bryce Valley American Legion Post 18. Chris Mitchell provided the dedication of the grave. Compassionate services were rendered by the sisters of the Tropic LDS Ward Relief Society. Services were under the direction of Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield. Roy 'Buck' Greene, Jr. ST.GEORGE, Utah - Roy Donaldson "Buck" Greene Jr., age 44, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2003. He was born Oct. 2, 1958 in Huntington, W.V., to Maxine LaRae, Davis and Roy Donaldson Greene, Sr. He married mar-ried Susan Francine Adelman in Las Vegas, Nev. They had three children, and were later divorced. He married Karen Jessop on Aug. 8, 1996 in Kanab, Utah. Buck was a veteran veter-an of the United States Army. Buck greatly enjoyed the outdoors, out-doors, especially hunting, fishing, fish-ing, camping, and arrowhead collecting. He liked to cook, and was excellent with Dutch ovens, cooking for several years in Kanab Canyon for tours. He wrangled mules on rides into the Grand Canyon, worked as a truck driver and mechanic, and was currently working for Quality Excavation in St. George. Buck dearly loved his children; chil-dren; they were the light of his life. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include wife Karen Greene of Fredonia, Ariz.; children chil-dren Kelly Jo Greene, Kristy Lynn Greene, and Roy Donny Greene all of Idaho Falls, Ida.; stepchildren Dan Lane of Pahrump, Nev.; Dorothy Fisher of Colorado City, Ariz.; Joyce Stephens of Mesa, Ariz.; and Buck Greene Timothy, Kari Anne, and Jeremiah Johnson all of Fredonia, Ariz.; mother Maxine Mackelprang of Fredonia, Ariz.; father Roy D. Greene Sr. of Kanab, Utah; sisters Linda (Lloyd) Millett of Kanab, Utah, Patti (Sid) Johartsen of LaVerkin, Utah, and Michelle (Gary) Cleveland of Cedar City, Utah; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Feb. 19, 2003 at the Hurricane Valley Mortuary where a viewing view-ing was held prior to services. An additional viewing for friends in Kanab and Fredonia was held on Feb. 18 at the Mosdell Mortuary in Kanab. Burial with military honors was in the Hurricane Cemetery.
