Show CLUFF ALVEY Dianno Cluff and Darrell Alvey were married Nov. 3, at 2 p.m., In a double ring ceremony at Darrell. family home in Escalante. President J. Clyde Spencer performed the ceremony, giving the young couple good council and advice. Arden Taylor was best man and Mae Von Taylor, sister of the bridegroom, matron of honor; Dean Gled-hill, half brother of the bridegroom, and Toni Cluff, half sister of the bride, carried the rings. There were around sixty close relatives and friends in, attendance. After the exchange of vows the group went to the school lunch room where a turkey dinner with all the trimmings was served. That evening a reception was held in the high school gymnasium where a large group of people, both, local and out of town, enjoyed dancing and refreshments. The newlyweds received many nice and useful gifts, and are making their home in Escalante. Darrell Is a son of the late Emmorn Alvey and Melba Gates; Dianne is a daughter of William Cluff of Anna-bellaand Mabel Davis of New Mexico. Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Alvey I Mr. and Mrs. Guy Schow 5 report that they are new ? grandparents twice over ag- 3 aln: sons having been born 3 to ttlll and Guyla Savage on 3 Oct. 31, and the Millard jj Schows on Nov. 10. j |
