Everyone is invited to an open house to honor the newlyweds which will be held from 7 until 9 p.m. on Aug. 12 at the Panguitch LDS Chapel, 190 N 460 E in Panguitch. The bride-to-be is a daughter of Leland Scott Shields and Christy Rae Harper. The prospective bridegroom is a son of Joseph Ned and Mary Thomas Richards of Panguitch and a grandson of Ingra Richards of Panguitch. |
