Show Melt Hatches And Jack TalbotsOiPgnguiicf To Marft Golden Wedding Dates Mr. and Mrs. Melt Hatch Mr. and Mrs. John T, Talbot Mr. and Mrs. Melt Hatch of Panguitch will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary Sunday, January 3, 1960. Mr. Hatch was born April 24, 1888 at Panguitch, a son of Ellas Hatch and Anna Eliza Hancock Hatch. Mrs, Hatch is the former Irene Syrctt. a daughter of Fred C. and Sarah Delila Bunce Syrett; she was born March 26, 1891 at Kingston. They are the parents of five children: Mrs. Dave (Ola) Dodds, Perris, Calif.; Mrs. Ho well Lee (Clara) Cannon, Salt lake City; Verl Hatch, Lake-wood, Calif.; Maurice Hatch, Las Vegas, Nov.; and Mrs. Donald H. (Nina) Steele, Panguitch. An open house will hono.-Mr. and Mrs. John T. Talbot of Panguitch on their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, Dec. 27th from 2 to 7 P.M. at the couple's home. They were married Dec. 27,'1909 at Orton (Spry) Gar-fietld County; the marriage was later solemnized in the St. George Temple. Mr. Talbot was born March 6, 1886 in Panguitch to Thorn as Henry and Sarah Elizabeth Cribble Talbot. Mrs. Talbot, the former Celeste (Tesse) Orton was born at Orton Dec. 11, 1889 to William Owen and Sarah Ann Dalley Orton. Soon after their marriags they moved to Panguitch where they have resided, with the exception of two years spent in Ogden. They are both active in the LDS Church and have held various positions In the ward; they also served six months, during 1949-50, In, the California mission, laboring in Arizona. They are the parents of 9 children, 5 of whom are living: Mrs. John A. (Delma) Cameron, Magna; Mrs. James II. (Hilma) Excell, Jay and Orton, of Panguitch; and Walter D. of Brigham City. They have 25 grandchildren and 10 great grand children. |
