Show Area Obituaries IB Neucile Boyter Henrie PANGUITCH, Utah -Neucile Boyter Henrie, 86, of Panguitch, Utah, passed away Mar. 26, 2004 at her son's home in Panguitch. She was born ' Dec. 26, 1917, at Spry, Utah, to Carlisle and Julia Belle LeFevre Boyter. She married George Champ Henrie in the Manti LDS Temple Sept. 1, 1938. He preceded pre-ceded her in death on Jan. 21, 1988. Neucile held various callings in the ward and stake auxiliary organizations of the LDS church. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers -Camp Cornelia. She also volunteered volun-teered at for Care and Share. Her life was dedicated to the service of her family, neighbors, community and anyone who needed help. Neucile is survived by her children, Jerold George Henrie, Carlin, Nev.; James Carl (Judy T.) Henrie, Panguitch; Florence Kaye (Daniel B.) Frandsen, Panguitch; .Wallace Keith (Sherril C.) Henrie, Panguitch; Christopher Wallace Henrie, Cedar City; and Linda Curley, Gallup, N.M.; 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; sister, Julia (Keith) Steele, Panguitch; brothers, George (Renee) Boyter, Enterprise; and Harold f v . Paul Woodard passed away at his home in Panguitch, Utah, Mar. 27, 2004 after a long and valiant battle with lung disease. He was born December 15, 1930 in Panguitch, to Deward and Blanche Heywood Woodard. He married Evelyn Haycock, Mar. 11, 1948, in Fredonia, Ariz.; they were later divorced. He married Catherine (Cathy) Keele, June 15, 1986 in Reno, Nev. Paul had two separate and rewarding careers. The first was in law enforcement as a member of the Cedar City, Utah, Police Department for two years and the Chief of Police for the City of Richfield, Utah, for four years. In 1960 he accepted a position posi-tion as a Federal . Law Enforcement Ranger for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in Page, Ariz. During this same time he learned to fly and received a commercial pilot's license. His first flying job was transporting visitors on scenic flights over the Grand Canyon. In 1974, Paul received an appointment as a pilot with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in Bismark, N.D., where he furnished fur-nished transportation for bureau and other government personnel. person-nel. He remained there for five years, transferring to a pilot position with the U.S. National Park Service at Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Boulder City, Nev., in November of 1979. At Lake Mead NRA, he transported personnel per-sonnel and also performed search and rescue operations. Retiring in June of 1989, Paul returned to his birthplace of Panguitch with wife Cathy and stepdaughter Julie. Soon after, he became interested in geology and rockhounding and spent several years searching the Panguitch Valley for jasper and agate which he made into beautiful beau-tiful jewelry, giving it away to family and friends and later developing a small business for selling some of his creations. Always an avid reader, he B " - ' -: -: Paul Woodard also developed an interest in the '. '. computer spending hours on the ; ; internet researching subjects of ; -; interest from medical to histori- .' ' cal documents. Paul -is survived by his wife, Cathy of Panguitch; four sons, Greg (Sharon) Woodard of Page, Ariz.; Wyatt (Stacy) Woodard, and Stacy (Katie) Woodard, ' both of Flagstaff, . ; Ariz.; and Marc (Julie) '. Woodard, of Moran, Wyo.; grandchildren, Ashley Tso and Danny, Erin, Tanner and Seth Woodard; five stepchildren, Ken ; ; -(Dawn) Keen, Nancy (Kevin) Rock and Julie (Chris) Rhea, all of Henderson, Nev.; Randy (Lisa) Keen, Riverside, Calif.; ; -; and Martin (Lisa) Keen, Boulder City, Nev.; stepgrand-children, stepgrand-children, Shannon, Erin, I -Lindsey, Korey, Gabriel, Elijah, ; -and Dusty Keen; Amanda and Jim Zeltner; Kyle, Kody, and ; ; -Kalina Rock; and Tonja Toumasis; and stepgreat-grand- ; children, Tristan and Summer . ; Keen.
