Show Area Obituaries William Clifford "Cliff Lynn On Sept. 19, 2003, William Clifford Lynn, (Cliff), 62, of North Las Vegas, Nev., and Panguitch, died after a lengthy illness. He spent 33 years in Room Service at Caesar's Palace working with hundreds of other food and beverage employees. He was the last Room Service Captain on the Las Vegas Strip. He was predeceased by his mother Orva Frandsen, his father Mack Clifford Lynn and his step-father Larry Frandsen, Sr., all of Panguitch. His immediate survivors include his wife, Susan Lynn, daughter, Sheri R. Lynn, son William Clifford Lynn, Jr. and two grandchildren Jordyn Hooker and Jeffrey William Lynn, all of southern Nevada. His sisters include step-sister Pat Oetting of Panguitch; stepsister step-sister Adelle Dickinson of New Harmony; Anna Rae Manner of Panaca, Nev.; Jacquie Beth Hunt of Blanding; Lucille Butts, deceased; and half-sister Jannie Lynn of Salt Lake City. Amy Smith Clarke HENRIEVILLE, Utah -Amy Smith Clarke, 76, of Henrieville, Utah, passed away Sept. 20, 2003, in Henrieville, Utah. She was born Dec. 7, 1926, in Henrieville, Utah, to Robert Earl and Caroline Evelyn Goulding Smith. She married John P Clarke, Mar. 9, 1946, in Las Vegas, Nev. The marriage was solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple, Nov. 18, 1948. He preceded her in death June 9, 1998. She is survived by her children, chil-dren, John E (Terilynn) Clarke, Clinton, Iowa; Anna (Frank Alan) Barcellos, Ft. Gibson, Okla.; Samuel R (Sherry) Clarke, Grants Pass, Ore.; and Lenora Clarke Fuller, Hawthorne, Nev.; 14 grandchildren; grandchil-dren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Ida, Joy, Roe, Vee, and Loa. Raymond S. Whittaker PROVORICHFIELD, Utah Funeral services for Raymond Sterling Whittaker, 77, who passed away Sept. 10, 2003, were held Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003 at the Richfield 6th LDS Ward Chapel. Officiating was Brother Jay Robinson. The family prayer was offered by Brad Whittaker, a son. Prelude and postlude music was performed by Greg Jorgensen. The invocation was offered by Gale Whittaker, a brother, followed by a piano solo, "Clair de Lune" performed by granddaughter grand-daughter Lacee Jessop. A life sketch was presented by Curtis Whittaker, a son, and "Memories of Dad" by Mark Whittaker, also a son. Granddaughters Leisha Whittaker and Heather Whittaker presented a musical selection. . . Speaking was Lewis Mullins with closing remarks presented by Brother Jay Robinson. The congregation sang "I Stand All Amazed" after which son Larry Whittaker offered the benediction. Pallbearers were Brad Whittaker, Curtis Whittaker, Mark Whittaker, Todd Smith, Bruce Smith, James Whittaker, Dave Jessop, Tyler Whittaker, Dane Whittaker, and Bill Lugo. Honorary pallbearers were Seth Whittaker, Justin Whittaker, Jeremy Whittaker, Zachary Whittaker, Alyson, Whittaker, Megan Whittaker, Heather Whittaker, Lacee Jessop, Leisha Whittaker, Danielle Whittaker, Tyler Floyd, Jordan Floyd, and Michael Floyd.
