Show Mrs. Guymon Dies Funeral service for Mr. Zllpha Ann Lowder Ouymon were held In the Parowan East Ward, Friday, March 12. Mrs. Ouymon had been 111 (or ten days, during this time she was cared for In her home In Parowan by her daughter Eleanor Druhn and son Marcus and Jess Ouymon. She was born Jan. 19, 1866 in the old Fort at Panguitch, daughter of John and Emily Hodgetts Lowder, third of a family of nine. On Nov. 22, 1884 she married Marcus L. Ouymon at Parowan. He died In Parowan July 29, 1932. She was& member of the LDS Church. Survivors: 4 sons and a daughter, Marcus L., Jess and Ross of Parowan, J sines Ambrose of Lancaster, CaUf., and Eleanor O. Ilruhn of Panguitch; (4 children proceeded her In death); 26 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Emma Webb, William and Edgar Lowder of Parowan, and Mrs. Kate Jensen of Calif. We wish to express our ln-cere thank to the good people of Panguitch for their kindly rentiments, token of love and respect, and to those who braved the storm and aided us during the death of our mother and grandmother. The Ouymon and Druhn families. Mr. and Mrs. Ward Sudweeks and family visited In Monroe, Sunday. Joan and Lula Jessen, Charles Morrison and Leo Morrow spent the weekend at the Leo Jessen home. LaKay Anderson of Salt Lake spent Sunday with her parent, Mr. and Mrs. Austin Anderson. Dee came over from Cedar City to visit, also. Mr. Lorraine Pennington I home after spending the -winter in Calif, with her children. |
