Fact is, I could write a book. Therefore I think it is appropriate, that I am the one who pens the 41 intro trumpeting the Grand Opening of Stagecoach Realty. After 13 years of dedicated and national award winning service with ERA Brokers Consolidated, Tracy Armstrong is returning to his roots. In 1991, the Armstrong family purchased a 1+ acre parcel at Panguitch Lake on which they hoped to build a lodge. The purchase was handled by a new, full-time, real estate office in town called Stagecoach Realty. Two years later, the Armstrongs moved to Panguitch Lake, STAGECOACH REALTY and Tracy was invited by the owners of Stagecoach Realty to join them as their newest Agent. Under the careful tutelage of broker Bud Dinges, Tracy was able to build a loyal client base that took him to the top of ERA. In August 2007 and on track for his fourth straight Leadership Circle Award, Tracy, while www.stagecoachrealty.co checking a family into the Lodge, was shot three times at point-blank range, by a young man claiming to be God. The shooting left Tracy paralyzed from the armpits down, loosing the use of his right hand. Two months later, he returned home, home to a community whose love and support showed no limit. This newspaper is not large enough to list in detail, the acts of service performed for the family, but they will never be forgotten. Once home, Tracy's goal was to come back, as soon as possible, to the business and people he loved. Racked with nerve pain, the comeback has been very difficult. However, last year, Tracy's oldest son, Austen, joined him. It seemed to ignite something inside of Tracy; to have a son with which to share the business. Then, near the end of July, came the shocking announcement: ERA Brokers Consolidated would close both local offices. Initial hurt was soon replaced by the same determination that he showed after the shooting. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, the new "Stagecoach Realty" was the only brokerage name ever really considered. It seems fitting. We all feel we have gone full circle. Stagecoach Realty is now their passion. He and Austen are "way excited". The business' opening has not come nearly fast enough. I have seen, up-close, for 16 years, the level of "commitment to excellence" that clients can expect from Tracy. Although considered "still new in the business", Austen has quickly begun to shine. Their four most recent sales, this year, have been to clients who never met Tracy during the entire process., yet, he handled all the paperwork. I know, as a mother and wife, my opinion might be suspect. Some might even say I am "puffing" (real estate term). Let's put it this way. If you are looking at buying or selling a home, lot, acreage, or any-thing else considered "Real Estate", They are the guys to go to! 676-2878 Lynn Armstrong Panguitch • |
