The work includes but is not limited to site clearing, excavation and utilities, rough and finish grading, asphaltic concrete paving, concrete curbs and gutters, irrigation and landscaping. The two story building includes but is limited to: stone masonry and stucco, shingle roof system, and interior finishes. Approvals: Contractors and Suppliers wishing to supply bids must be prior approved in writing by the Design Architect.
