Show The Garfield County Insider Page 6 L ES \L INVITATION TO BID The Town of Hatch invites bids for construction of a new community center, including incorporation of an existing garage and re-use of an existing ramada structure. The project is located at 49 West Center Street, Hatch UT 84735 The work includes selective demolition, dismantlement, site work, and new construction per plans and specifications. Several options and allowances are included as part of the project. The presently occupied premises will be vacated prior to construction. This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minority and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected. Bidding documents will be available May 13th, and specifications may be downloaded by following the link at www. stempelform.com .
