candidates ANNOUNCED FOR SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION candidates ANNOUNCED FOR SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION we are informed that three candidates have already qualified to have their names placed upon the ballots tor for the school board election for or representative district no 2 of millard county this district takes in both pro pre cincis of fillmore and flowell and Pa livant communities the candidates in the order that they qualified are J frank day fillmore jos L robinson flowell henry E hatton fillmore under the present law candidates may tile file as such by their individual declaration in writing to the board or by having five qualified electors so declare them a candidate bandl dates names may be accepted up to fifteen days prior to the day of election which Is wednesday dec ath the board has a legal opinion to the effect that nov is the last day that candidates may file tor for this election
