Show Resolution Amending Millard County Ordinance No. Notice of Trustees Sale deThe following scribed property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12th day of August, 1980 at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Millard County Courthouse at Fillmore, Utah, in the County of Millard, by Thomas W. Seiler, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by Virginia Jenkins, as Trustor, and recorded March 22, 1979 at Entry No. 27546 in Book 132 at pages 465 and 467 of the Official Records of Millard County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Bruce Rees by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded April 7, 1980 as Entry No. 31572 in Book 140 at pages 588 and 589 of said Official Records.
