The following proceedings were had: In response to a request of Ralph Memmott for the Commissioners to define the position and length of two county roads in the vicinity of the cinder pits west of Flowcll, Commissioner Stewart, Sheriff Crosland, County Attorney Jackson, Clerk Robins, Ralph Memmott, Robert Evan Anderson, Dexter Phillips, Anderson and B. Dale Burningham, Chief research engineer of Utah State Department of highways and two assistants. Wallace D. Mcars and Ron Theobald, met at the roads in question. Mr. Burningham produced copies of records which show the position and length of the county roads in question. It was determined that from the Junction at the end of the oil road in a westerly direction the county road is nine tenths of a mile in length and the road that runs south westerly from the junction is one and three tenths miles in length. With evidence supplied by Mr. Burningham it was determined that the barrier placed on the road by Mr. Memmott is on a county road. County Attorney, LeRay G. Jackson was required to notify Mr. Memmott that a is he obstructing county road and to take the necessary steps to open the road. Drivers Education Policy Member Frampton made a motion to approve the Adult High School by Program, seconded Diploma Member Robison and carried unanimously by the Members of the Board. Member Harris made a motion to approve the agreement with Marlene Bates at a rate of $16.50 per day, seconded by Member Galli and carried unanimously by the Members of the Board.
