Show 'rile 1 In regular session Marc 2, 1971, Fillmore City Council to allow on Main Street providing that appliagreed parades cation is given seven days prior to the parade and that the City options to grant said permit depending on the type and nature of the parade. Members of the East Millard Riding Club headed by Robert Frampton, and some private citizens mat with the Council. They presented petitions with over 400 names of residents of Bast Millard asking that parades be allowed on Main Street. Mr. Framiton pointed out that it was imprasfblc to secure district, region, and even state meets in Fillmore without a main street parade which is part of the competition. The motion was made by Councilman W. A. Mundy and seconded by Councilman Joe Warner that parades be allowed on Main Street Motion was paased.
