In some cases dogs have not bem properly licensed as required by City Ordinance. ITY ORDINANCES TO BE ENFORCED C Effective Immediately, all City Ordinances affecting dogs will be enforced. Pertinent provisions of City s: Ordinances are quoted as It shall be unlawful for any pors in to own or keep a dog within the limits of Fillmore City without registering ami piyng an annual tax of $7.50 for each female, and $3 50 for each male or spayed female. This tax shall be paid on or tefore Feh. 15, of each year, or one month from date of acquisition. It is unlawful for dogs to run at large from sunset to sunrise. In cose of violation of this ordinance the City Policeman shall have the right to go onto a mans premises and Impound said dig. Dog owners shall provide a c llar and attach the license tag.
