the vote of the electors at the general election of 1930 2930 to read as a follows follow see sec 7 the rate of 0 taxation on tangible tin giblo property shall not exceed on each dollar of valuation two and four our tenths mills for general state purposes if wo tenths of one mill for high purposes poses which alch shall constitute the purposes gur high school fund said furd shall be apportioned in the ni minner inner the legislature shall provide to the districts dia maintaining high schools echo ola and such levy for district school purposes which together with such other funds as ai may be two thirds of alt all members elected to each of the two houses voting in favor thereof SECTION 1 that it is proposed to emend amend section 6 of article 16 of the constitution of the state of utah see sec 1 the legislature shall determine the hours that shall constitute a days work on all works or undertakings carried on or aided by the state county or municipal government and the legislature shall pass page laws law to provide for or the health and safety of 0 employees in factories lei sm shelters smelters elters and mines and shall determine the number of maximum hours of service per
