The Council reviewed all paperwork submitted; asked Darby some questions; and then approved the building permit. Ervin and Katrina Sweat applied for a building permit to move their trailer onto a piece of property and build onto it to make it look like a regular home or a double-wid- e. They submitted all paperwork. The Planning Commission recommended giving them a conditional use permit for two years to begin as soon as trailer is placed on the land. Fred Garbett stated that a new sewer line would have to be run from Haulage up Main Street to that point because all homes along there are on a 4" line. They would have to hook up a 6" to 8" to handle any extra building. Councilmember Mary Lou Draper asked if there wasnt already another line down Main Street that could be hooked into.
