Show Central Utah Public Health Department Preventive Health Services For The Elderely The Central Utah Public Health Department provides preventive health services to the following South-CentrUtah counties: Sevier, San pete, Millard, Juab, Wayne and Piute. In each of these counties there are one or more offices of the health department where preventive health services may be obtained.
