That there h hereby granted to the Bulky Mountain Hill Telephone company,': cor nml jvjration, it Micec-Mir- a the right to place ami main- tain poles nml ires ilh the urm, nml other fixture i lures ary thereunto, over nml upon the streets, alleys ami public nays of city, for the purine of Mip plying to the ptihlie communication ly telephone or other improved electrical device. Pro vide, that Ktid poles diall he placed and maintained in such positions as shall ho approved and designated hy moluthn of the city council. And provided that should neec.-sil- y or the common welfnro require the removal of any of the said poles, tho city council shall hnvo authority to order such removal at tho expense of theparty or parties to he bene fitted by such removal. Provided further that all said poles shall he smoothly dressed and painted white from the ground to the top of poles. Section II. In consideration whereof, tho said Itocky Mountain Hell Telephone company shall agree to allow the said city to attach at any timo-tany of said poles tho city's lire alarm or police wires, provided the same shall he placed and maiutaied so as not to interfere with said company's use, and under the direction of said companys manager in said city. And said company is to furnish for city business free of charge and with cxchango service so long' as exchange is maintained hereunder, one telephono at tho city hall. Section III.
