A Wells Thomson 82 were held Wednesday Wednesday Wednesday Wed Wed- January 6 at noon Inthe in inthe inthe the Ephraim NorthWard chapel Mr Thomson died January 1 at the home of his son Clair of natural causes He was born September 7 1888 In Ephraim to Andrew and Mary Louise Eyring Thomson He married Clara Bohman July 7 1909 inthe Inthe In Inthe the Mast Manti Temple She died July 18 1969 He was a high priest and member of the LAS Church Mr Thomson was a graduate of Snow College and later at attended attended attended at- at tended the University of Utah Utah State University ham Young University He was teacher or and/or principal of the Ephraim Elementary School for 13 years and also served as postmaster for 13 years He helped organize and was a charter charter char char- ter member of the Ephraim Lions Club and held all offices in that organization serving many years as secretary He was a member of the Ephraim Library Board for 40 years most of the time either president president president dent or secretary He was civic clubs' clubs representative on the Sanpete County Water and Natural Natural Natu Natu- ral Resources Committee An active Republican he served as precinct chairman district chairman and a member of the Sanpete C County o 0 u n t y Republican Committee Survivors include two sons and two daughters A.
