This display is geared for preschoolers to age 8, but people of all ages will enjoy it. The activities will include a fossil dig, foot comparision, hands on work with fossils, slide show, plus much more. Everyone is invited to attend. It is free. The Elmo Library is open from noon to 6 p.m. 1 Bible school Vacation Bible School will be held at First Baptist Church of Price June 7 to 11 from 9:30 to noon. Mobile mammography Holy Cross Hospital offers affordable, accessible breast cancer screenings to women age 35 and older through their Mobile Mammography Unit. The professionally staffed and equipped unit will be at 3rd Ward bdlHlingWP0$&ilC Dale on Thursday, Jiffies' Id,' frorti 1 to 5 and Friday, June 11, from 9 to 5. The screening will take 15 to 30 minutes per patient and results will be sent to the patients physician. The cost will be $60. Insurance carriers will be billed for those with health coverage. Free mammogram As part of the free mammogram being offered to women age 35 and over who have never had a mammogram the Holy Cross Mobile Unit will be in Castle Dale on June 10 and 1 1. This is a unique place for young entrepreneurs and businesses to display their products. Last year the fair broke all previous attendance records, hosting 422,000 fairgoers. Starting June 9, it will run for three weeks each Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The cost is $10. Students will learn how to recognize damaging photo albums, the reason why it is important to maintain a family album and safe ways to store and organize family photos and documents. A workshop portion will also let you decide which type of photo safe album is right for you and give you a chance to learn new techniques such as photo journalizing, creative cropping, matting with acid-fre- paper e essentially handle all functions of the main office. Grain program Food workshop Producers who enrolled in the 1993 wheat, feed grain re- duction program should now prepare to certify their program acres according to J ames F Nelson,1 ASCS official: Emery and Carbon counties pro-- 1 ducers have until June 15 to report the acres and intended uses of their grain crops to the ASCS office. Those who fail to report by the deadline may be ineligible for program benefits. Prior to reporting the acreage, farmers can request that ASCS measure their program acres.
