DALE, UTAH VOLUME Bonds totaling the aggregate value of $390,C0'J will shortly be executed and sold by the Emery County School District to secure fund for construction of a new school building at Green River, and for repair and remodeling of other build ings of the District. Actual improvement work will get under way and will be promoted as fast as practicable. Legal green light for the improvement and building program was flashed on by taxpayers of the District in the special bond election held on Tuesday of this week when issuing of th bonds was appro ved by a majority. Except in Green River precinct, voting was not heavy. 505 votes were chalked for approval and 120 were registei ed against the proposal, accord ing to unofficial tabulations, available Wednesday morning.
