The object was a family reunion being that her husband, Eldon Bryan, who is now there acting as a grand juryman, joined them and also a daughter Mrs Maxine Christensen Porter and 5 year old daughter Linda from San Francisco. On returning to San Francisco Mrs Porter and daughter left there April 1 on the ship General Greely bound for Tokyo, Japan where they will join her husband, Lt. Lester Porter, of the U. S. Army, who has been there one year. The voyage across the ocean is estimated to take 12 days. They expect to stay over there 2 years. Chris Nielsen, who has 'been away to Salt 'Lake City and for the places surrounding past six months visiting with his children, is now back home again and enjoying the association of town people who, as will talk to him. he puts it, Mrs Ruth Nelson and two children are visiting in Moab with her parents, having returned home with her father, Mr Russell McKonkie, who was in Ferron some 10 days ago.
