Show Locals Mr. nd Mrs. Jerry Mieure are now living in Duchesne at the Coles Trailer Court. Mrs. Pauline Despain, Mrs. Ruth Taylor, Mrs. Carma Gun-ter, Gun-ter, and Mrs. Emitta Robbins, spent and enjoyable outing in Vernal Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Luran Allred spent Saturday in Price where they visited with Mr. and Mrs. Jim Pulley, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Peterson, and Mr. and Mrs. Byron Allred. Tina Muse, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Muse of Salt Lake City, visited with her grandparents the week-end of the 15th. Mr. and Mrs. Coral Mair and son, Coral John of Ogden spent Saturday evening and Sunday with the Gary Thomas and Elmer Thomas Mr. and Mrs. Rick Adams of Salt Lake City arrived Thursday to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Herb Firth. They left to return to their home on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Abbott from Bountiful arrived Sunday to visit with Mr. Abbotts father who has been released that day from the Roosevelt hospital. They were the dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Abbott. Mr. Ronald Liddell and Mr. Stephen Huey attended a "Workshop "Work-shop for working people with families," The meeting was held at Camp Williams Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The program and information obtained was most benificial to the nurses and welfare workers, who attended. Carma Hooper, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kieth Hooper , has been at home with the Chicken Pox. Mr. and Mrs. Art (Lois) McNeil Mc-Neil and three daughters visited with Mrs. McNiels' sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Munz. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Thomas, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Thomas, and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Thomas attended the funeral of their aunt, Sarah Jean Mair Horrocks, Saturday Jan. 22 in Heber. Mr. and Mrs. Neil Anderton visited in Salt Lake over the week end with Mrs. Andertons1 sister Mrs. Gladys Ryan. Also with their son, Mr. and Mrs. Evan Anderton. Raymond Ellis and his wife visited Sunday with the Leo B. Foy family. Terry Swope was home for the weekend. He attends the University of Utah as a freshman' Student. Mrs. Leora Hackford was rushed to the Holy Cross hospital in Salt Lake City Monday, with an undetermined illness. She was taken in by her mother, and a brother, Ralph. Miss Sue Ann Earl was the guest of honor at a birthday party held at her home Saturday, January 22nd. A fun -filled time was had by her 16 friends that attended. Sue Ann was 12 years old. L . |
