Show ROAD PROJECTS EAST ANDWESTUNOERWAY Abutlnitnfs Over. Duchesne and An- i tolorc Completed lloatl Work ; Progressing llupitlly. The abuttments ot the two bridges ; over Duchesne river at Duchesne and Antelope have been completed and tue now ready for the steel. The eleel may not be laid until after high water. The contractors, are working work-ing the Red creek bridge. This bridge will be kited 20 feet in the air in order to cut steep grades on both sides. Road contractor W. VV. Clyde has two camps between lied creek and Fruit la nd and work is progressing in that section. The section on Tabone flat beginning four miles west ol the completed project from Duchesne Du-chesne that was graded last year is iieing graveled. Graveling is progressing pro-gressing between Fruitland and Currant Cur-rant creek. W. W. Clyde has the contract west from Tahone to Currant Cur-rant creek, and 'is busy graveling sill t lint part .that has hcen graded. Road Agent Guy Hollcnbeck reports that the four miles of betterment beginning ten miles west of Duchesne will soon be completed. The engineers has completed the line up for the contractor east of Duchesne to Antelope, grading ol v. huh is under way. There will be federal aid on only 4.35 miles on this project. About three and a hair miles T tl.'s will be from west end ol pro-cat conipk-led Antelope project wct across Duchesne river. The balance will be taken up from Duchesne Du-chesne east. The state will complete the middle section. It Is epeeled that the four and half mile gap in Deep traek will he . ' in course of construction socn. Right of way across the land hae been secured by Wasatch county. |
