Ploss discussed the subject of Cancer cf the Breast. His talk was introduced by a colored sound movie on Breast Self Examination, and many aspects of the general subject of cancer were discussed by Dr. Ploss in answer to questions from the group. The meeting was presided over by the club president, Mrs. Hazel Morgan, and the Program Chairman was Mrs. Mary Crawford. Delightful refreshments were served following the program. The Ladies Auxiliary of the Black Diamond Post 9414 Veter- ans of Foreign Wars was formed Friday night when the Vets and their wives held a joint meeting. Plans were made to invite all mothers, wives, daughters and sisters of Veterans with over seas service to join them. The Auxiliary will meet twice a month on Tuesday nights at the Black Diamond Post. The Ladies also planned a box lunch Valentine party. The proceeds to help buy equipment for the post.
