Mr. and Mrs. Grant Christensen and family are moving from Sunnydale to Chester, Utah. The Christensens have lived here for more than six years. They have been workers in the LDS church and the community and will be missed by all their friends who wish them luck in their new home. Mi ss Helen Christensen who has just moved with her family to Chester, Utah, has been one of the organists in the LDS church for a year. Her place is being filled by Miss Patsy McCourt. The other organist is Miss Marion Larson. A fire at 8:00 a.m. Monday destroyed the home of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Sanchez and family. They and their eight children were living in a double cabin in Slaughter canyon. The fire was of undetermined orgin and it burned all of the family's possessions. Mrs. Gertie McCourt was happy to have her father,, Mr. Marshall of Price, spend the week end with her and her family. Sunnudide eunnijaala j) Miss Ella Ruth Turner returned home from her mission last week. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Turner and a lifelong resident of Sunnyside. She left last fall to fill a LDS mission in Norway. Her health prevented her from completing her mission in that country but she expects to complete it elsewhere. Miss Turner spoke in Sunday school. At the weekly meeting of the Bruin Ski club held March 6th, they had an election of officers who will serve for the coming year. The new officers are: Jim Murphy of Sunnydale is president; Miss Artis Gibson of Dragerton is vice president and Paul Turner of Sunnyside is secretary and treasurer. The retiring officers were Paul Turner of Sunnyside, president; Martin Rodish of Columbia, vice president, and Mrs. D. L. Nelson is visiting Johnny McFarland of Sunnydale, secretary and treasurer The club with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. had a very successful year and Wm. T. Reaveley of Sunnydale.
