Donnie Cullen of Springville, spent last week visiting friends in East Carbon. The Cullens were former residents f Sunny dale. Mrs. A. Ankrum entered the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in an auto accident. She had a slight concussion and was released on June 16. Mr. and Mrs Lynn Harper and daughter, Carmalita, of Norfolk. Virginia, are visiting with Mr Haipers parents, Mr. and Mrs Lynn Haiper of Dragerton . Patty Bernadi is visiting an aunt in Denver, Colorado and will enter nurses training in Denver this summer. Mrs. James Ryan and children, Tommy, Mary Lou and Barbara Jean left last week for Pans, Ar kansas, to visit Mrs. Ryans people. Mr. Ryan is keeping the home fires burning. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Jenkins and son, Patty, are in Middleton, Texas for vacation. John Knox, Jr., and wife with two daughters, Earlina and have gone to visit Mrs Knoxs folks in Arkansas. Fish stones are very numerous of late. Some report good catches and others had no luck at all. Mr and Mrs. Henry C. Keeter are visiting Mrs. Keeters mother in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The huge oil tanker that turned over last Saturday near Cat Canyon was a place of great interest for a while It took four wreckers fiom Price to get it upright again.
