He mentioned briefly some of the advantages the. school and the individuals receive from foot' ball. , Superintendent Harmon was introduced by Principal Harold Hansen. Mr. Hansen was master of ceremonies. He introduced the Mr. Nick Caputo of ' coaches: Price; Mr. James Mullins of Helper, and Mr. Jess Carter r of ' East Carbon. Each coach made a few remarks. The Rev. Robert Pollock of Notre Dame was not present. Principal Silas Anderson of Price junior high gave a brief talk on the fine relationship between Sun-Advoc- EAST CARBON BACK TO Har-mo- SCHOOL WELL RECEIVED BY PARENTS The back to school night for the parents of East Carbon junior held Wednesday high school night was a huge success. There was a large crowd of parents in attendance and all expressed the opinion that it was time well spent. There was a very delicious school lunch served in the regular school kitchen. The evening got off to a good start by the parents being met at the door by three Boy Scouts in full dress uniform and told where to sit. The congregation enjoyed singing Christmas songs, led by Principal Hansen. Each parent w'ent to the home room of their child first, and then followed the regular daily schedule oftheir child. The class periods were ten minutes each and the teacher gave a demonstration of how they presented the subject matter in each class.
