At that time officers for the state 13 organization will be elected as well as delegates to attend the National Young Democrats convention to be held at Reno, Nevada, in September. James P. Alger, Carbon county attorney, has been chosen as chairman of the rules committee for the state convention. A meeting of this committee was held at Ogden June 20 to establish methods of voting at the convention as well as to outline procedure. Membership cards for interested young Democrats in this area will be available in the near future, Mr. Alger stated. -- gueen committee.
