Of Social Security According to a report of the Townsend National Weekly, May 7, 1955, the reserve fund of the Social Security Administration is nothing but a stack of government IOUs. It's all debt composed entirely of federal promises to pay. The money has been borrowed by the government to meet general expenses with no connection to social security. It apparently takes the money out as fast as it comes in.
