Hansen, B. Y. U. professor of speech; Dr. W. Cleon Skousen, director of alumni activities andLpublic services; Professor Owen Rich of the radio speech department and Janie Thompson of the speech center., Television production and direction for this years hour-lon- g festival of music and fun will be handled by Dan Rainger, KTVT program director.
