When 100 per cent of the schools offer driver education courses, instead of 41 per cent, and all eligible students are properly educated in the serious subject of driving an automibile, which kills and maims and causes great damage when it is improperly handled, we shall have a far drivers better breed of teen-ag- e who will take their driving more seriously.
