(Mr. Swain Retirement Request) It was moved by Norman ie Lamb, seconded by Pat Rimpau, and unanimously=passed that the request of Mr. Swain to retire as an administrator as per the early retirement policy be approved. He will be placed on Step 15, lane 4. 19. (Board Meeting Change) Due to several conflicts with next months Board Meeting, it was moved by Rondo T.
