The festivities began with the Parade of Flags in the Gardner Center Plaza at the outdoor amphitheater on Monday at 12:00 noon. The audience was addressed by Dr. Max Rose, academic Vice President and four of Dixie college's inter- national students. Entertainment was then provided by Dixie College Jazz Ensemble and Concert Choir.
