(Bigger Visions for Dixie) party, was elected Friday as president of the student body for 1949-5with Lamar Fawcett of the Clock party gaining the 0, vice-preside- nt post. The election was close, showing large percentage of students voting. The B.V.D. succeeded in placing Bob McComb of their ticket to the office of Boys club Bernice Bentley as president. Girls club president and Whorton Allen and Bonita Tobler as commissioners of amusement of the Clock party won over Ila Stucki, Kennie Hafen and Ann Carol Chamberlain.
