Dubs Dixie Flyers In NUMBER Pep Rally Precedes Wednesday Game 13-- 0 The square behind the educational building was the gathering place for many Dixie students Tuesday night, September 5, to participate in a rousing pep rally, which usually precedes the opengame. ing A huge bonfire was lit and the cheer leaders led the crowd of students in cheer yells, after which the students lined up, lit torches, and snake danced to the intersection of Main and Tabernacle, led by the band, who is always present at Dixie doings, adding pep and spirit. At the intersection a large circle was formed and the B.A.C. dummy was burned. This was followed by the school song and numerous pep yells, in which everyone participated. With four players on the lineup weighing over 200 pounds, Dixie should go down the field play after play. Something is wrong somewhere!
