By virtue of military regulation requirements he has also lost his post driving privileges for one year. The. offense occurred on January 25, 1986. and was fined $25. This offense occurred February 7, 1986. Three other Dugway residents are awaiting trial on disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of minors charges ' arising out of the same incident. A Dugway civilian employee was arraigned before Judge Boyce on April 3, 1986, on a Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor charge, and a contractor employee was arraigned on the charges of Possession of Controlled Substances, marijuana and cocaine. Results of those arraignments were not available at press time. In order to bring our current registration system in line with regulations, all vehicles must be reregistered with the ID and Registration Office. Decals have been ordered and a schedule will be published upon receipt of the new decals by the PMO. .Significant changes to' the new system are: (a) Registration will be valid for a maximum of three years. Among things discussed in the six week course are: common discomforts in pregnancy and their solutions, baby's month by month development in the womb, prenatal nutrition; exercises in pregnancy, how to pre- -' vent certain birth defects, when to call the doctor, true vs. false labor, the stages of labor, what to expect at the hospital, breathing and relaxation, medications for labor, coaching techniques, postpartum discomforts and breastfeeding.. Most of the course will focus on tb labor experience, so mothers .and coaches will know what to expect when they go to the hospital The three week refresher course will review labor, breathing and relaxation, and coaching techniques. Also included will be a discussion on parenting, sibling rivalry and suggestions on how. to prepare siblings for the new baby. The refresher course will run concurrently with the course. The fees for these courses will pay for a class manual, a booklet on labor and delivery, several ek informative pamphlets, usage of mafilms trips and audio-visuterial. A 45 minute video on childbirth will also be shown. All expectant mothers and their labor coaches are invited to attend. It is recommended that the course be taken at the end of the sixth month of pregal nancy; however, taking the course earlier or later will be all right, If there is enough interest, the course will be repeated call every six weeks.
