This direct quote from the Civilian Personnel Regulation on equal employment opportunity is true of any program, hut especially so in one which touches the personal lives of everyone. The support of DTCs top management personnel - directors, office and division chiefs - is evidenced in the following excerpts of their expressions of support of the Commanders Policy on EEO to their subordinates.
