IMPROVEMENTS THAT were recommended liy the club but not yet approved are: free breakfast for club memliers on Sunday morning, admitting memliers to dances free with two guests with paying $1, happy hour for televised footliall Kenneth Johnson and Paul Cramer MET Team. Joseph McKlosky is the President of the advisory group. It is the job of the advisory group to solicit suggestions from their units and present them to the group for approval. The minutes of each meeting along with the suggestions approved by the group are forwarded to Col Charles Shadle, Post Commander for approval. The Idea behind the advisory group is to improve the club and to make it more attractive for the memliers of the club. Gelster New Security Chief Lieutenant Colonel Duane A. Gelster has been assigned to Deseret Test Center as Chief, Security Division. He replaces Lt. Col. Henry Arnold who retired from the service in July of this ' year. Before coming to the Test Center, Lt. Col. Gelster served in the 3 section (operations and training) of the 2nd Field Force in Vietnam. While serving with this unit he received two Bronze Star Medals. IN ADDITION to his assignment in Vietnam Lt. Col. Gelster has served one tour in Korea and another in Germany. While in Korea he was in Military Intelligence and in Germany he was with the 15th Chemical Croup. Bom in West Point, Nebraska, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska in G-- he was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the infantry. Among the school he attended are Infantry Basic Officers Course, Army Language School, Army Intelligence School.and Chemical Officers Career School.
