Salt Lake, which is not available at the Post Library. During the course of the novel, the author takes an un: flinching look at the custom of plural marriages and at the role of women in the early days of the Church. Mormon readers may find some of Lucile Bogue's comments a bit harsh, but the undeniable excitement of this historic journey is skillfully captured in the pages of Salt Lake and the book should receive a wide readership.
