THERE is a wide variety of courses that are open for registration. Annv. Dugway along with the rest of the state and the nation have been having to bundle up quite a bit during the last week as temperatures have plummeted to the very low below zero marks. During the last week Dugway has come very close to breaking the all time low temperature of 16 degrees F. Early Wednesday morning the mercury dropped to a 15 degrees F. There is one happy note to the cold temperatures and that is that the winds blowing Saturday have moved on, leaving light winds that do not affect the temperature a great deal. LAST SATURDAY the low temperature was a tolerable 17 degrees hut with the strong wind blowing there was a chill factor of 20 degrees F. The outlook for the weekend calls for extremely cold temperatures throughout the intermountain west. Lows in southern Idaho will be 40 degrees F and will continue in the 20's in Utah.
