Think of all the people who have ideas about a new product. Place them on one lIe of a fence. Then think of the people who have the money and put them on the other side of the fence. Gene Hansen, director of the Utah Industrial Services Agency, thinks that the fence between the two groups may be hurting the state's chancf s of developing new businesses. That fence, he says, "seems to make communication between them difficult." Now, however, there's a chance that his agency can be the bridge between the two groups, thanks to an experimental program made possible by the Utah Department of Development Services.
