Love, a permanent home, and special schooling should overcome his speech problems. He is currently taking speech thetapy and was in a special education class at school which was geared to the need of the bright underachiever. Timmy will need some continued medical care. He must wear corrective shoes, and he limps slightly due to an Injury suffered early in his life which may require medical attention in the future. If rin t ' i f. His and constant closest friend companion is Brent, son of his . foster parents. Brent is confined to a wheelchair due to an accident a few years ago, and Timmy acts as Brent's legs. They are cohorts in tormenting and playing tricks on other members of the family. Timmy of tea haltingly asks his foster mother what he will be adopted and have a family of his own.
