Built in ISaX. just after General Johnston and his troops arrived in I'Uh to keep an eye on the Mormons, the inn became known as an oasis in the desert, a haven of deeency in a military town. Overnight several hundred military Buildings, forming the core of Camp Floyd, dotted the landscape. The population soared from IX Mormon families to T.ikni people most of them soldiers and outsiders.
