' There is no evidence to justify manslaughUr compJ1fltLij any of three recent fatal pedeatrian accidents in Salt Lake, the Salt Lake County Attorney's office ruled today. The accidents being investigated resulted in the deaths of Sam Zwahlen, 57, of 993 Tenth East Street; Henry G. Schroeder, 76, of 325 Seventh East Street' Hugo G. Reichert. 49, of 419 East Second South Street, and Esperanze Flygare, 65, of 40 Richards Street. Leonard W. Elton ancP H. D. Lowry, deputy county attorneys, told investigators after hearing details of ' the accidents that there was insufficient evidence to -warrant coin manslaughter plaints against any of the drivers In the case. Mr. Schroeder and Mr. Reichert were fatally injured when struck March 2 in the 400 block on East Second South St lett by-- a car driven by Fred H. Synder Jr., 20, of 1345 East Thirteenth South Streit. Flygare was killed Tuesday night when hit by a Utah Light and Traction Com'pany bus driven by Willis R. Johnson 28 of 1220 Ashton Ave nue. The accident occurred at approximately 1345 Fourth East Street. The attorney's office ruled that If. there is to be any proseuution In the Zwahlen case, it would have to be done in Juvenile Court as Duane Burrows of 1025 Tenth East Street was a minor and could not be prosecuted in District Court.
