The evidence was to the effect that in Januar, 1SSS, Mr. Dover was arrested, indicted in-dicted and punished for unlawful cohabitation. In March of the same year his first wife procured a divorce fromhlm. He had promised to obey the law, and alter the divorce he married the other w Ife. This occurred in March, 1SSS. aud since then he has lived with only one wife. The commissioner laced him under SI VM bonds to await tht action of the grand jur next Sej-tember. |
